Using the Kingston Mouldings GRP 'Esgarth' Hull & Plan.


Model Scale: 1:50.    LOA: 760 mm.


Build time: 600 hours.    Finished in 1999


Propulsion: Single Screw, Kort Nozzle & Bow Thruster.

Electrics: Main motor for propeller controlled by Electronize speed controller, motor on Bow Thruster controlled by an Electronize switch, turning thruster on & off (no speed control).


Although based on the 'Esgarth' hull I altered superstructure shape and added different details.

Received a 'Commended' at the 1999 Model Engineering Exhibition at Alexandra Palace.

Top section of Mast is removable to reduce model height for transporting.
